Come back to the wisdom of your body

A place to soften

Your body does not need to be forced open.

Sometimes the lower belly holds more than words can reach: a difficult cycle, pregnancy, loss, a relationship, years of bracing, or simply the habit of living from the mind while feeling far away from the body.

Womb healing offers time, touch and attention to this often-overlooked centre. The intention is not to fix or diagnose you. It is to create the conditions for listening, release and a more grounded relationship with yourself.

Womb healing with Simone

What this work means here

The womb can be approached as a physical space, an emotional centre and a source of creative life energy. A session honours all three without reducing your experience to a list of symptoms.

01

Presence before technique

The session begins by meeting what is true for you that day. Nothing is applied mechanically and there is no pressure to produce an emotional release.

02

Touch with clear boundaries

Any bodywork is discussed first and guided by ongoing consent. You remain an active participant, able to pause, change direction or simply rest.

03

Integration, not intensity

The deepest work is not always dramatic. Often it is the quiet feeling of breathing more fully, inhabiting the pelvis again and leaving with more inner space.

Reasons women arrive

You do not need to wait until something is wrong.

Some women come with a clear concern. Others simply know they have been disconnected from this part of themselves for a long time. Both are valid places to begin.

Cycles and pelvic tension

For women wanting gentle support around menstrual discomfort, tightness through the belly, hips or pelvic space, and the sense that the body is always bracing.

Fertility journeys

A grounding complement during natural or assisted fertility journeys, especially when the process has begun to feel clinical, stressful or disconnected from the rest of you.

Pregnancy loss and grief

A quiet, respectful space for grief that may still be held in the body after miscarriage, termination, unsuccessful fertility treatment or another deeply personal ending.

Postpartum reconnection

For women finding their way back to themselves after birth, changes in body identity, depleted energy, altered sensuality or the feeling that everyone needs something from them.

Trauma, heartbreak and disconnection

Support when the belly or pelvis feels numb, guarded or far away after difficult relationships, sexual experiences, emotional overwhelm or long periods of self-protection.

Menopause and life transitions

A way to meet changing hormones, identity, creativity and desire with curiosity rather than seeing transition only as something being lost.

The invitation is not to become someone new. It is to feel safe enough to return to the woman already living inside you.

Womb Healing Boston

A session unfolds slowly

Your body leads the pace.

No two sessions need to look the same. The work responds to your boundaries, your energy and what feels ready to be met.

1

Arrival and conversation

You begin with an unhurried check-in about what has brought you, how you are feeling and anything Simone should understand before the session begins.

2

Grounding and breath

Simple breath and awareness help you arrive in the room, notice the body from within and move out of the pressure to explain everything perfectly.

3

Intuitive bodywork

With permission, the session may include gentle attention to the abdomen, diaphragm, hips, sacrum and surrounding areas, always within the boundaries agreed together.

4

Space for what arises

You may notice emotion, warmth, sensation, stillness or very little at all. There is no correct response and no expectation to make the session into a performance.

5

Rest and integration

The closing gives you time to settle, ask questions and leave without being rushed back into the outside world.

Portrait of Simone Meirelles

Meet your practitioner

Simone Meirelles

Simone’s work is rooted in love, presence and the belief that healing becomes possible when the body feels genuinely met.

Originally from Brazil, Simone stepped away from the corporate world in 2013 and began exploring holistic practices including Reiki, aromatherapy and somatic bodywork. Her discovery of Tantra became a turning point, opening a more embodied relationship with her heart, body and inner life.

Today, she brings that lived experience into a warm and intuitive approach to wellness. Rather than treating the body as a problem to solve, Simone creates space for people to slow down, reconnect and rediscover the parts of themselves that have been quiet for too long.

Her approach

Simone combines grounded attention with sensitivity to energy, emotion and the nervous system. Her intention is to help each woman feel respected, held and free to move at her own pace.

A softer way back to yourself.

Before you reach out

Questions women often have

You are welcome to ask anything privately through the contact form. There is no obligation to book.

Do I need to have a physical problem to receive womb healing?

No. Many women come because they feel emotionally heavy, disconnected from sensuality or creativity, in transition, or simply curious about building a closer relationship with their body.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. Womb healing is complementary bodywork and embodied wellness support. It does not diagnose or replace medical, pelvic-health, fertility, mental-health or other professional care.

Is the session sexual?

This offering is centred on respectful, consent-led care for women. The boundaries and nature of touch are discussed before any bodywork begins, and you can change your mind at any point.

Can I come during fertility treatment, pregnancy or postpartum?

Possibly, depending on your circumstances and the type of session offered. Share the relevant details when you enquire so Simone can determine what is appropriate and whether medical clearance is needed.

What should I expect emotionally?

There is no single response. You may feel relaxed, emotional, energised, tender, spacious or simply more aware of your body. Nothing needs to be pushed or interpreted on the spot.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no fixed prescription. Some women begin with one session, while others prefer a series over time. Simone can discuss this after understanding what you are seeking.

Begin gently

Tell Simone what is bringing you here.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of session you need. Share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and Simone can reply with the next appropriate step.
